Toyota is moving forward in the world of hybrids at a rate that other automakers simply can't keep up with. The Japanese automaker hasn't even officially release the Toyota Prius Plug-In Hybrid, and already they're planning to unveil another plug-in at the 2012 North American International Auto Show!

While some might accuse other automakers of saturating the market, Toyota of Braintree knows that there are many different types of car buyers out there. And for Toyota to get drivers to start taking hybrid, plug-in, and EV technology seriously, they need to offer more options. That's where the latest addition to the Toyota hybrid family, the Toyota NS4 comes in.

So what kind of option is the Toyota NS4? Unfortunately, Toyota has kept a tight lid on the vehicle's details thus far. But the highly-anticipated plug-in is expected to debut this week. The Japanese automaker's lack of details surrounding the vehicle, however, hasn't stopped them from teasing it in a big way. First, Toyota released a single teaser image that outlines the hood and front headlights of the vehicle. Toyota followed that slim offering up with a teaser video that certainly gets us excited for the reveal of the NS4, but fails to provide any real details.

In the end, we'll simply have to wait for Toyota to unveil the NS4 at their 2012 North American International Auto Show booth. Can't make it to the show? Fear not.
