My wife and I just arrived in the U.S. on an intra-company transfer visa for my European/U.S. company. Walace did an amazing job sorting out a new car for us in a super-fast time! He perfectly communicated with me and kept me up-2-date on everything that was happening. When finally the financing was approved, he waited for me to arrive until after closing time as I was stuck in traffic. Also the "helpers in the background" (insurance, registration, ...) did everything possible to make it happen. Kenny did a great job in explaining the car to us and handing it over long after closing time!
I can not imagine it happening any better. Walace and the whole team provided a service whic was absolutely 100% perfect!! I absolutely recommend this dealer and make sure to ask for Walace.

Overall I was 100% satisfied with this dealership. Everyone there was extremely friendly and professional. The salesman was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. Did not feel any pressure to buy so the whole experience was comfortable. I got a great price and truly am happy with my new Toyota Tundra.

Very friendly and showed a Very high knowledge of the vehicles looked at. Showed many different vehicles, Answered my questions with ease and an without any hesitation. He listened to my needs and wants and I was justly satisfied. All the people at the dealership were very friendly.

Kenny made me feel very comfortable with my buying experience. He was very honest and was looking to get me the car that I wanted, not just make a sale. I was dealing with 4 other dealers at the same time to get the best deal, but Kenny and this dealership were straightforward and honest. That closed the deal for me... not to mention there price was great!

I WENT TO THIS DEALER TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR AND I GOT MY CAR JUST IN 2 DAYS. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, EVERY ONE THERE WAS REALLY FRIENDLY. I REALLY LOVED THE SPEED OF FINANCIAL SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDED ME. JUST WITH IN 24 HRS I GOT APPROVED.

Toyota of dartmouth did nothing but lie,lie,lie. The folks in Braintree treated us extremly well and not once did I catch so much as a fib. We were treated kindly and professionally. The salesman,Jim Paige was great to deal with. I am not an easy sell and I do my homework before a purchase. After going back and forth over price,
( during which time Jim had all the patience required )we settled on a fair price and bought a Seqouia. I found no UNDO pressure to buy extra options,( extra warranty etc.)during the paperwork,signing and payment part of the purchase. Everyone we dealt with worked hard to make us comfortable and spent whatever time was needed to answer our questions. The delivery was done indoors on a rainy day and the vehicle was spotless.
As many people, I'm not a person who enjoys buying a new car because of the kind of treatment we received at Toyota of Dartmouth, and at other dealerships throughout the years. It was very refreshing to do bussiness with the people at Toyota of Braintree and I reccomend them highly. Sincerly......Phil

Ryan was GREAT! He really listened to what was important to me and matched me to a car immediately. I didn't feel pressured to buy at all. He was very nice to deal wiht.
Scott was honest and straight forward.
Walace was extremely helpful in a difficult situation. (Getting out of my old lease and getting my vanity plates back). He did a great job resolving these issues for me.

We were looking for a new used car for my son so we needed to keep it affordable. We knew what we wanted so it was straight forward. We had to go to the Weymouth showroom which was a little inconvenient but Eddie was great. We did't buy the car there but would go back in the future.
